After the Setup Wizard starts, you will see the image below:

Step 2.1. Page Settings
In this step, WooCommerce will notify you about what main pages will be provided for your online store (shop, cart, checkout, and my account). These pages are needed to make your online store run well. Understand each page then click continue.

Step 2.2. Set Location
The next step is to set the location of your store, the currency you are using, and what size dimensions you are using (Kilogram, Centimeter).

Step 2.3. Shipping and Tax
Next is to set whether your product can be sent by expedition or not. If you sell services, you do not need to check the checkbox on shipping goods. You also need to check the tax column if you want to tax your customers.

Step 2.4. Payment
In this step, you will set up what payment methods you accept. You can apply credit card payment methods, PayPal, bank transfers, or Cash On Delivery (COD). Customize payment methods according to your customer’s habits.

WooCommerce setup is complete. Next is to add your first product by pressing the Create your first product!

3. Adding Products
Of course to run an online store, you need a product. However, before adding a product, there are some product settings that you need to know about, namely product categories and attributes. The following explanation:

– Product Category
Product categories help you to group your products. For example, you sell clothes. You can make the product categories into tops, bottoms, outwear, underwear, and accessories. Product categories make it easy for customers to find the product they want. You can add as many product categories as possible.

– Attribute
Attributes help to filter or filter products. For example, in an online clothing store, you can set attributes to be the size, color, material, or other filters that match your product.

-Product Type
WooCommerce allows you to sell various types of products, not just physical products. Here are some types of products that can be sold on WooCommerce:

Simple: Products are sent via shipping service without any variation. Example: book

Downloadable: Products that can be downloaded. Example: e-books, videos, pictures
